 Can Islam Win the Cultural
Revolution?

I suggest that you first read what I wrote back on 24 Feb 2005. Then check what Gadhafi is predicting now. I saw it coming, and now this Moslem leader is saying the same thing.

Right from the beginning, George Bush made it clear that the war against Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as the war against terrorism had nothing to do with religion; and he insisted on several occasions that bin Laden and Zarqawi had hijacked a great religion for their own political end.
Statements like these represent good public relations, but a recent comment by Zarqawi made me wonder whether we are trying to convince ourselves and the world that we are not fighting a cultural war, when the truth is we are. He stated that Moslems should reject democracy, because democracy grants citizens the right to choose the religion of their preference.
This is anathema for Moslems, since their religion demands the death of apostates, and not only society, but even close relatives are expected to kill even their own children in the event they attempt to convert to another religion; and we have had recent reports of this taking place. If you are born to Moslem parents, you are a Moslem whether you like it or not. This is a clever way of keeping the membership of their religion stable and growing.
In a way this is similar to Catholicism. Catholics baptize children when they are born, and they become members of the religion of their parents by birth. Nevertheless, if a Catholic wants to convert to another religion, the church has no power, except persuation, to prevent him/her from doing so. Inquisition is history. The church can no longer force apostates to remain as members of the religion of their parents.
Now the question I posed in the title of this thread: Can Islam win the cultural war. I believe that it can, but not with the current policy of bin Laden and Zarqawi. If they are listening, tell them that they could accomplish their objective by implementing the following policies:
1. Stop the slaughter of innocent civilians.
2. Keep their Moslem members free from the foolish western practice of legalized abortion, while emulating the Catholic practice of condemning the use of contracdeptives.
3. Keep exporting Moslems to the U.S. and Europe to fill the vacuum created by the low birth rate among westerners, exacerbated by the practice of abortion.
4. Wait for the long term effects of the combined low birth rate per western woman and the habit of aborting children.
5. Wait for democracy to accomplish what the suicide bombings can't: Once the western population diminishes to a critical point, and the increased emigration of Moslems to the U.S. and europe reaches it climax, Moslems will be able to dominate the world through democratic means.
By the way, what would you think about a nation that started to slaughter their own soldiers? Well, that is exactly what we in the western world are doing. We are killing those who, if allowed to be born, could valiantly defend our country from our enemies. So, in a way, we are doing our enemie's job!
Islam Taking Over Europe

Compare what I wrote over above a year ago with what Gadhafi is saying now regarding Islam's plan to eventually take over Europe:

Attempts at Understanding Islam
If you have ever wondered why the Moslem extremists act in such a bizarre way, perhaps the following comments might help a little. Of course, no explanation can justify the evil of tageting the innocents for reaching political or religious objectives!
